Hi All - apologies if this has been discussed recently (i searched but didn’t find anything). I was curious if anyone has gotten any OTA software updates in the last 6 months. I bought my EQE SUV in June 2023, and havent gotten a single OTA update. On my app the latest update shows June 25, 2023 (the day I bought the car) for “software update for the communication module”. The SW version on my vehicle is RL_NTG7_E329.501_22411AC3. I’m not expecting this to be like a phone, getting updated every month or so, but havent experienced an OTA yet, so was curious if others have gotten anything recently, or are on a different SW version. Thank you!

 

Same with US spec sedan. European cars are getting MBUX 2.0 as of a month ago, hoping we'll get it soon too.

 

There was 1 OTA applied to my car before delivery in July, and none since then. But I have had updates applied at service for many control units. MBUX is at E330 that includes a settings for external sounds. This allows the horn beep when locking the vehicle to be changed to a more pleasing sound.

 

I took delivery of my EQE SUV here in Sweden on 25 October 2023.
Later on 25 October there was an OTA update installed to update the communication module
And on 2 November 2023, MBUX 2.4 was installed OTA. This is RL_NTG7 E330.602_23063AC3
I've received nothing since.

 

Leased my EQE SUV in August 2023. Only one update has occurred (the communication module) which was done at the time of delivery. Nothing since. But, happily, the car has performed flawlessly.

 

I just received notice, in my car, of the availability of MBUX v.2.4. I applied the update OTA, although many of the advertised additions/upgrades were either not available for my model (2023 GLC 300 w/Navigation) or not yet available in the U.S.

Thanks for letting us know. I have a 2023 EQE SUV and am in the US...still no OTA update for MBUX 2.4...but hopeful that it will be here soon since you just got it and seem to be in US. Will see how much features are available for my car!

 

As of yesterday, I was running MBUX 2.4 software version RL_NTG7 E330.602_23063AC3.
I just received and installed the following OTA update today: RL_NTG7 E330.703_23472AC3. Installation took less than 10 mins.
Accompanying "information" from MB stated: "This update fixes software malfunctions, thus providing you with an improved entertainment experience in your Mercedes-Benz."
Thus far, I have not noticed any differences, however, I have not used the car since the update other than to charge it and check a few things in MBUX.
One thing I did check immediately was to see if the browser app was updated to something that Google/You Tube log-in would play nicely with. Unfortunately, the same log-in problem persists.
