MY24 vs MY23 Changes

can someone please summarize the changes made to the ‘24MY EQE(500) SUV? There are still some ‘23s available here and with the various incentives, the price is significantly lower…

-Bigger battery, cell resructure, etc. Range increases from 269 miles to 287 miles
-Power opening/closing charge door
-Optional B35 110 volt charge cable replaced by standard D55 110/240 volt flex chage cable
-Comm module upgraded to 5G (later built 2023s also had this change)
-Second row occupant reminder and seatbelt detection
-Additional Sound expericne (could be added to 2023s via software?)
-Standard display seup replaced with hyperscreen
-New paints (sonoran brown, moonlight white, diamond white discontinued)
-Slightly different aluminum line wood trim
-4 Zone climate control no longer available standalone (only as part of pinnacle trim)
-Beginner.valet drive modes and gray/brown nappa leather discontinued
So hopefully a more reliable car - more important as a second model year for a brand new car.

There are so many 2023 cars still available (>125) in Canada at the moment, the lease rates are essentially 50% less than the 2024 cars. So it doesn’t really make sense, especially when there are minor changes, at best. I’ve never seen over 100 vehicles avail at one time, it actually makes it hard to search through all the equipment specs.

But even though changes can occur at any time, usually those are for more serious fix or having supplies issues. Most changes occur at model year change as they usually retool the assembly line during model year transition.
As usual, lease rate doesn't mean much, you should only compare the monthly payments as 2023 model year has less residuals. But you should get larger discounts in additional to better lease rate for 2023 cars.
Did check the inventory previously, but they don't seem to order any cars with air suspension which I want.

The deals are insane now - there are literally hundreds of 2023 cars on the lot, and that's in Canada. In the US, it must be thousands of '23s... I've got dealers offering 15% off without even asking.
