Buttons and Switches on Steering Wheel

Hi folks. I've got a 22 GLS 450 and the switches on the steering wheel are proper mechanical switches with good tactile feedback. I recently ordered and am waiting for a new EQE SUV and I know that these have something like capacitive switches on the wheel instead of the older mechanical switches. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if these newer switches provide any sort of haptic feedback. Is there anything that lets you know by feel or sound that you have successfully operated the switch? Grateful for any information you can provide. Thanks.

You do push down on them to operate, so that's at least a little helpful. As in, the whole panel moves and clicks down, which you can feel. You can also definitely tell what your finger is resting on after a while and operate it without thinking about it. Took me a bit of time to do.
