Neva Gray Interior Question
Hello all,
I am considering my second EQE SUV. The dealer has a great spec car, but with a 4 + 8 y/o i am concerned about the neva grey interior.
How does it hold up and any dye transfer issues? Our previous GLE had macchiato beige and dye transfer was an issue.
I was able to mitigate it using a leather seat coating, but never able to get the original stain out.
So just curious if I should pass based on the upkeep required for the light color?
Not wearing jeans etc are not real options, especially for my wife. So really trying to understand if a wipe down
is all that is needed, or are there real concerns about Permanant stains?
Our current EQE has a black interior and no issues but looking to change the interior up. Unfortunately, my current EQE was in a sizable accident which has never been the same after the repair.

I didnt have any issues with mine. The Neva Grey was like new when I sold mine. I had 2 child seats in the back. My son was aged between 2 and 4 while I owned the car The other child seats was used by friends/cousins etc.

@manjurino1 , when we got our EQE sedan, our kids were 6, 4, and 2. No issues with Neva Gray. Ours is MBTex, not leather, but it holds up perfectly well. Our SUV, which we picked up almost a year ago, also has Neva Gray, and the kids are now 7, 5 and 3. We road trip that car like crazy, and have had no color issues at all. Go for it!

With that color, you might want to consider an otherwise scam product like Zurich Shield sold by the dealer finance department. We had this product forced on us by Mercedes of Sacramento (had "already been applied" and couldn't take it off--lol, nothing was applied). Fast forward a year, my wife spilled a coffee on the floor causing a big stain. Called Zurich Shield. They sent out a cleaner who could not get it out. They ended up paying out a big claim replacing our carpet which is a labor intensive job at the dealer.

Thanks again! Was planing on wrapping up the lease tomorrow and I see it’s been pulled off the website. More than likely it’s been sold and back to the drawing board
