Check Coolant Warning!
I got this warning this AM on my AMG EQEX4 this morning. The overnight temperatures had dropped outside to 28 degrees. I took the car to my dealer who topped off both coolant reservoirs under the hood. I've never seen what things lurk under there so I was surprised at how neat everything was. There was a large plastic cover that had to be removed in order to access the tanks. There were no leaks discovered at this time.

Happened on my dad's X294 and on ours this summer. Looks like the coolant was filled ever so slightly low (about 1cm below the marker). I bought some MB coolant and topped it off, hasn't returned. Simple fix!

I had the low coolant on my 2021 E63S after 2 years. I wonder where the coolant goes? Evaporation through the reservoirs?

I think in the case of the EQEs, it doesn't really go anywhere, there may be some very small voids that are just not possible to fill in a short amount of time. The EQEs also have red pressure regulating caps that prevent the two expansion tanks from going out of sync, it's theoretically possible that in high pressure situations, some coolant is lost there due to slight evaporation. There also may be some hygroscopic nature of the seals used in the system, so I suspect some may go there too, if that's the case. Overall though, I think it'll be a logarithmic plot, where after the initial refill you probably won't encounter it again.
