I had a nice HUD in the Genesis GV80 Prestige I traded for it and rarely had to take my eyes off the road. So the hyperscreen just seems like a bit of a waste to me if the HUD shows everything you need. Quite frankly, I'd prefer a hyperhud and no instrument cluster at all. But anywho, she's a beauty, thanks!
If you are talking about the HUD in the W223 S-Class that is considered as a superHUD I think.
Congrats! I like the Hyperscreen but for me I prefer the non-hyper interior due to the extra trim pieces. And Emerald is an excellent choice, we got many compliments on it with our old GLE.
Yes! The more wood the better, you can never overdo wood in my opinion.
Nah, I was talking about the MegaHUD that can identify 100 objects in front of the car and draws yellow rectangles around objects like a soccer ball rolling into the street and red rectangles around the kids running into the street after it. Hope I'm not looking down at the instrument cluster to see my regen setting when that happens! Of course, no such thing exists at Mercedes but I assure you the technology DOES. You don't even need that much computing power. There are cameras for the little Raspberry Pi single-board computer that can do it.
Anywho, yeah, I like wood too, especially yacht wood. Wish the seats were brown leather though

Gorgeous interior combo. The yacht-inspired wood is my favorite new MB trim across the board. I hope to see it on more vehicles.

Yes now that is what is called wood done right,
as for that mega HUD, I think it becomes a screen or projection on the windshield at this point like what BMW is doing:
