EQE Lease
I could be wrong in my terminology but what is the money factor for a EQE sedan lease? I've run across a deal that will get me about 14k of sticker, including the 7500 tax credit. I did a search and didn't come up with anything and while I'm getting a good deal on the car, I don't want to take a bath on the lease rate.
Thanks

Are you asking what a money factor is, or what the money factor is? If it’s the first part, it’s essentially the interest rate portion of the lease. If you want to know what the money factor is, you can post on the edmunds EQE forum and ask. Post the exact model, term, miles per year, and zip code and the mods will tell you. Dealers can and will mark up the money factor FYI. I’d visit leashackr to get an idea of what sort of deal you should pursue and target that instead of trying to analyze the discount, money factor, etc.

There's a very long thread on leasehackr specifically for EQS hacks and a lot of the info is applicable to the EQE. One thing to note for Mercedes leases, I believe with subvented lease rates, there is a maximum that dealers can mark it up. I think that max is .0004.

Thanks, I'll look for that thread and the other sites. Is older data relevant or do lease rates change frequently. I just don't want to be taken advantage of that's all, I know they will make money. The manager mentioned something about 5.5% interest rate when he did the math, I just don't know what he started with.

Rates change monthly. Looks like buy rate on the 350 4matic sedan is 0.00212 which is equivalent to 5.09% so the rate they gave you is possibly marked up but not by much. Also check what incentives you qualify for. There's an EV Conquest incentive of $1500 if you own a competing EV registered in your name and an Amex Affinity incentive.
ETA: also check if you have a local dealer doing an "Electric Dream Days" event like this: https://www.mbofcaldwell.com/electric-dream-days/
They're offering an additional $1000 certificate that may or may not stack with the other incentives.
