EQE AMG sedan ceramic brakes US pricing is $5,400 online. In Canada they are $13,750. This is an insane 254% more. It should be closer to $7,300 in Canada using the current exchange rate. I know that the vehicle pricing comparison can be somewhat different than using the exchange rate only, but this is ridiculous. Has anyone in Canada challenged Mercedes and/or their dealer on this discrepancy? I am waiting for the SUV pricing to be released and my concern is it will be the same issue.

Who is the retailer? MB of Canada and/or a dealer? If yes, you have your answer.

Can you confirm in the order guide that for the sake of complexity reduction for the fewer vehicles sold in your market the Canadian product planners didn't package the ceramic brakes with additional equipment, such as a specific wheel/tire or some other priceable content? Is that actually the standalone price for just the ceramic brake option?

Looking at the https://www.mercedes-benz.ca/ website, the price is $13,750 in the configurator. I don't think it's dealer games.

I have been unable to find a Canadian EQE AMG sedan order guide to see if the ceramic pricing is the same as the online configurator. I have not talked to a dealer yet. Could someone post the Canadian order guide if they have it please?

Looks like it from the configurator. It requires you to use 21" wheel, but the cost is not included in that price.
But the configurator is known to have errors, so I would trust the order guide more.

Hmmm interesting indeed, any update from your SA on why this might be?

Got a copy of the Order Guide and it also indicated $13,750 cost. Don’t get it. Nevertheless my Sales guy strongly recommended against them for city driving because of strong likelihood of irritating squealing noise below 30 mph. Interested in hearing from anyone that has them and what their experience has been.

Interesting, I heard the opposite with the squealing noise but might have worth it for no brake dust alone.

Yes I saw that posting before which contributed to me being interested in purchasing them.

Well regardless at $13,750 they would not be worth the risk of buying and then potentially being disappointed.

Ya I wouldn't pay that for CCB, perhaps if we source the parts ourselves and upgrade after the fact it would had been cheaper for those of us living in Canada?
