I drove an EQS sedan for about 2 weeks while my EQE sedan was at service. EQS is a plush car, the seats are comfortable, and you can tell that there are a few extra comfort details sprinkled in. However, it's not a nimble car. The EQE feels slightly more spartan in comparison. The headrests aren't as plush, and the ride doesn't float as much (I have steel springs, not air suspension). However, it's still *very* comfortable, and is an excellent road car. The ride is still perfect. It also handles much better due to its lower weight and shorter size. If I didn't care about agility and handling at all, and just wanted to sink into the seats and isolate myself from the world, the EQS is a bit better in that regard. But the EQE fits my needs better overall. My dad has EQE SUV and it's a perfect car for him as well. I don't think you'll be disappointed, but you'd want to test drive one first.
