EQE Lease turn in + enabled services
I was just curious, my leased EQE did not have the Dashcam enabled when I got it. I "bought" it via the app for $200 and its enabled no problem there. Since it is permanently enabled now, do I get any credit for it on lease turn in ? Im guessing no, but I am curious if I would. Thx.

No you don't get credits for aftermarket purchases. They were not made as part of the lease. It's a gift to the next owner. You could get credits for unused services such as extended warranties, service contracts or the unused portion of the Mercedes me connect services depending on the laws in your state. Here in California, companies can't recognize and keep revenue from services that weren't rendered, so they have to refund the unused portion if requested by the customer, but most other states are not pro-consumer.

Same thing if you get the headlights recoded to the EU spec. I figured that the money was well spent anyway.

As an added point for consideration, you can always check if you have positive equity towards the end of the lease and then trade it in instead of just turning it in. By trading it in you can cash out the positive equity which you would otherwise leave on the table. However, with EV resale values dropping as they are, positive equity is not very likely.
