Panel scratches

The panel above the rear brake light scratches with a gentle rub of my finger. Has anyone noticed this?

It's very shiny plastic. Unless you coat it, I'd expect it to get scratches. If your skin is anything like mine in colder and dryer months, I'd swear it could even scratch a phone screen, lol. I ceramic coated my car, but I always make sure I avoid that area unless it's been made wet first, especially when washing.

Is it still harder than the piano gloss interior trim pieces that scratches even when you look at it not just touching it (like almost literally?) : (

Or is it still the same type of hardness/material?
