As for configuring individual settings, you go to settings in the centre display and then I think it was called Dynamic Select, or something and you select what you want in individual mode.

I think you are all wrong (plus, I am sick of people today :-)
I think C stand for "Cruise"....kinda like cruising around when your not in Sport+ mode (but, that is just me...plus it matches Cruise Control).

In MB parlance, 'C' has always indicated "Comfort", while 'S' always indicated "Standard" until about a decade ago when it became "Sport".

Totally off topic...but, "Strong Recuperation" is a term that a local "Wellness Clinic" uses when they give IV's to hung over rich folks....... :-)
As I do not have a Hybrid or EV, I have not seen those words on my dash.

The C, S, S+... next to PRND is found in all modern Mercedes and indicates the current drive mode. As mentioned already, C indicates that you are currently in Comfort mode. You have to use the DYNAMIC SELECT button in the center console every time you start the car to select the desired drive mode. There are third-party coders that can change the default mode, so that it always starts in I* (Individual mode) for example if that's what you like. For reference, below is a photo of my instrument cluster showing that I'm in Individual mode I*, and also manual mode and 1st gear instead of D, but that's irrelevant for an EV.
