I have the air freshener & ionization package P21 in my '18 E300. IIRC it came with another option that I wanted. It takes up too much space in the glove box. I have never used the air freshener because I like the leather aroma from the seats. The hepa air filter is great!

I have two bottles of "scent" that my wife demanded I remove from the cars....they are in the garage collecting dust. The artificial smell (via oil) was more than she could handle....
