Yes but if you sell the car to a US dealer you no longer own the car, what they do with it is now there responsibility, why are you responsible for something you don't own ? I guess it would be like saying, I sold my car, all paper work is correct and filed, now the new owner has an accident and I get sued because I once own it? If you sell your car to Carvana God only know what they do with your ex car. What you telling me sure doesn't make sense, I'd ask someone higher than me or this forum, unless they are a dealer or lawyer.

I just reread your post and can see what you're saying based on the nameless web sites you're seeing, you don't know where these dealer are and might be exporters or even sellers from another country! Why not sell it to Mercedes, I think almost every one is giving top dollar with todays market and mark ups?

Anyone found a dealer taking order In MA at or near MSRP. I found one in natick asking 15k over. Which I do not agree with. All others are just clueless about the car.

yes that would be too far. I don’t know when Mercedes’ will finally give some inventory to dealers to test drive or even officially announce order placement.

Service can be performed at any MB dealer. If you purchase a service package it will be attached to your VIN in Netstar and can be applied at all dealerships.

Also I got in touch with Mercedes at Tiverton, RI and they offered to put my order in at MSRP, so just wanted to share this with you folks if anyone else in this geographic area is looking to place an order.
Good news, my SA gave me an available November 1st build date. It was an order that someone drop out of but was nearly identical to my build. It does have the 3rd row option which we didn't really need but that may help its resale value down the road. It should arrive by December.
