200 Miles and it wont start :(
Has anyone else had a similar issue with this on their EQS? I have about 200 miles on the car, and the other day I got an alert that the 12V battery was low. I plugged the car in per instructions, and it would not charge the HV battery but just showed the blinking red lights around the charge port. I called Mercedes support and they recommended a tow. The tow truck driver (called by Mercedes) showed up and tried to jump the car, the interior lit up, but the car would not start. They called out another tow truck, picked up the car on dollies, and took it to Mercedes since it was stuck in the park and would not start.
The dealer is having the same issue and is now working with Germany to try and figure out what is going on. Has anyone had a similar issue, and if so, what was the fix, and how long did it take

A week after taking our EQS home, we had a bunch of warning lights come up on the dash and a lot of the 12V systems (seats, cameras, etc) wouldn't work. I was lucky I could still drive it to the Mercedes dealer.
There is a small wire that runs from the 12V battery to the computer to communicate the state of charge of the 12V battery. This wire was pinched during installation of the battery and as a result the wire was failing to communicate. So the car started shutting down 12V systems and wouldn't charge the battery. They simply fixed the wire and everything has been fine ever to since.
Not sure if you have the same issues, but probably worth mentioning.
