7Y/100K warranty

MBWorld Fanatic!
Shop around at different MB dealerships recommended on line. There is a drastic difference from dealership to dealership.
P.S.- Here is a post I made earlier this year….
I have bought 3 Mercedes extended warranties for my SL 550’s over the years and learned that some Mercedes dealerships charge much more than others. You need to shop around. I have attached a link from the SL forum that has the information to contact Jeff or Casandra at their respective dealerships and they were both much cheaper than 3 MB dealerships here in the Houston, Texas area. I do not know if the information is still current but worth a try.

It depends on the specifics of the warranty. Deductible? Is there a cap on payout? What is covered? On the face of it though, no, your quote does not sound good. I've shopped around extensively, and ended up purchasing mine from Trent at Highline Autos. I've found he has the most coverage for the best price--good value overall. Plus a big bonus is he is very responsive. I'll be buying another warranty from him later this year when the policy on my old MB nears expiration.
I know there are varying opinions about extended warranties, but if you keep your EQS long term, it is a must. If practically anything goes wrong, you are looking at really big bills--let alone what the bills will be 7 years from now. In the next 9.5 years and 125,000 miles, the chances my policy won't pay off are virtually zero. I'll post his info in below...

Long time MBZ owner here 36 years, 12 cars) usually turn them over in 3 or 4 years. recently retired, love my car and would like to keep it a few more years.
Currently, I have a 2020 E350 Sedan. 28k on the clock. Was thinking of selling, but really love the car and would like to keep it for a while longer. My initial warranty expires in November. I would like to get a 3 year 75k warranty to cover it for another 3 years before the original warranty expires.
I am going to call the 5 or 6 dealers within 50 miles of me to ask the price, but years ago I had a Chevy truck and ended up buying the extended warranty from some dealer in Ohio because they were like a grand cheaper than anywhere else. I'd like to do the same now.
DO any of you have any contacts at your local dealerships or know anyone that will sell me a Mercedes Warranty for a discount?
Thank you all in advance!
Len.
