MBUSA Offer for Repurchase
My 2023 EQS SUV 450 4MATIC is a lemon (WA) and MBUSA has approved the repurchase.
I'm awaiting the offer. The car is 1-y old with low mileage (less than 6,500 miles). Any idea of what I could expect in the way of offer?

EV’s are starting to pile up on the lots due to reduced sales and prices discounted from last year. This does not bode well for any type of resale/trade in at this time.

Another BEST OR NOTHING experience for a MB owner.
Sorry to hear and you should get Total what you paid less wear tear and mileage.
I would not sign anything unless happy with deal and if not happy find you a LEMON lawyer.

You will get back exactly what you paid for the car minus the milage penallty. I forgot what it was but it was a fair milage penalty. Wear and tear doesnt matter, current vehicle market doesnt matter, current street value of the vehicle doesnt matter, and time elapsed doesnt matter.
Only milage and any obvious damages are deducted form your actual purchase price.
Edit: Let me just add that this is how it was in the state of NM in January 2023. I dont know if anything has changed or if its different for other states.
