Used to say 280 mi on an 80% charge? Now it’s different every time. Dealer says he’s been trying to get an answer from the shop foreman. Anyone else experience the same thing?

normal. depends on weather and your recent driving style. 80F+(max range~300) vs 60F(10% less, ~270) vs 40F(20% less ~240).
however, range in display is about 10% more than what you really get. your display shows 239 but you probably only can go 220 max

Strange. On the hottest summer day, it would display 280mi on an 80% charge regardless or driving style, etc.

I dont know how you drive. my wife's 580suv 80% is est 296mi (11527mi, average consumption 35.8/100mi). my 580 sedan 73% is 293mi, 7187mi and average consumption is 30.4kwh/100mi.
I am in socal, temp is about 45 at 7:30am when I leave the house(charge from 6:15am to 7:30am to warm up the HV battery) and noon is about 73.

real range for her car at 80% I think is about 270 the most. no way to reach 290.

Expect at least a 10% penalty if you are living in a colder climate, like we have here in Philadelphia. After 27K miles and 14 months with my EQS 450 4Matic SUV. I am averaging 38.9 kWh/100 miles. Estimated mileage at 100% SoC in the Summer was as high as 395. Now, at the beginning of Winter it's closer to 315. It will get much worse by the end of January.

I live in Baltimore so same weather as Philly. You get over 300 miles at 80% charge?

that is what I replied him. driving style and colder temperature both will lower the range.
