Is it that bad for other 2023s or is ours losing steam at a faster rate than normal?
Nah, the battery is likely fine. Cold weather just makes the car less efficient. You are probably getting only 2 miles per kwh instead of 3 or 3.5. Doing rough math of 100 kwh battery x 2 = only 200. If you want to track your battery health, set up a Recurrent account...very interesting battery health info.

I had talked myself into ordering a Lucid Gravity, but after driving it, and reading all of the complaints about software issues and some hardware issues, I decided to instead trade for another EQS SUV. More and more online reviews confirm I made the right decision. Mercedes has been around for more than 100 years and simply knows how to build a car the correct way. And they carefully test their vehicles before selling them to customers. Their vehicles are not being delivered with tons of software issues and hardware issues. Lucid apparently hasn't learned that lesson yet. In time, they hopefully will, for the sake of their customers.

And while the EQS models, get no love, they are mature, terrific, electric vehicles!

Good to hear since the car only has 12K miles so far... Thanks

The early EQS SUV's use a lot of electrons in the cold weather. There are threads that report sub 2.0 mile / KWH in the winter.

That's true reality: winter=less range. I've been charging my SUV almost daily to ~70%-80% and commuting around 50+ miles using about 30-40%; MN winter baby.
Today is below zero, my heater is not working with a low coolant warning... What's got to do with the cold below zero? My 1st experienced this problem. Any idea? TIA
