Delivery?
Any idea when MBUSA will start deliveries? I've been told cars are already in the port of Long Beach (here in CA) and just waiting on MB to release them, but no ETA on when that will be. Has anyone been told to expect delivery in November?

Mercedes has done this in the past. Years ago I had a European delivery of a model change on the S class. My car arrived at the port before the dealer models. They could NOT have a euro delivery car out on the street before dealers had showroom cars. They held my car for 6 weeks until all the dealers had their demos. If you understand the corporate structure, you can understand their delay.
I had a similar situation 35 years ago with BMW.
I believe showroom cars are on the way to dealers and we could see a release of the cars in the VPC within the next few weeks. Hopeful.
