I am aware of all of the foregoing. What I said is that there are "no Manhattan Electrify chargers". The nearest charger, according to the Mercedes Me App is located at a Walmart in Secaucus. That is a 150kw Ultra Fast Charger. Doesn't do me any good in Secaucus (unless I'm returning from a trip heading east). Further, according to the EV Go website there are zero 150 KW chargers in Manhattan. I double checked with Chargepoint and all that are available in Manhattan are Level 2 chargers, which is fine. According to Charge Hub their count for Level 3 (Fast Chargers) in NYC is 0.
In any case, that is not a problem for me. I charge overnight in my Manhattan garage using the aforesaid Tesla destination charger for which I pay $100/month for unlimited charging. That is the normal protocol for most EV drivers (overnight charging on a Level 2 - exactly what i did with my 2 previously owned Tesla S). Lastly, to confirm, yes, there is a MB deal that provides free 30 minute charging sessions via Electrify America.

As requested, here is the EQS manual reference to the supplied charging cable. Their reference to a "mains" socket is our basic 3-prong dryer outlet for Level 2 charging. That is exactly the arrangement I have in my garage that I used for charging my 2 previous Tesla Model S. Hope this helps.

I work at a dealer. There is going to be a Mercedes me store launching sometime in April. This is where you will be able to “buy” items on your car. It’s going to be a separate app and I think an icon on the car.
