It's just such an ugly and boring car on the outside. It's about as interesting as an unpeeled mango.

Was at dealer today to inquire about my EQS 580 and saw this on the lot. The window sticker was removed so I couldn’t see price or what model year this is. Did Mercedes release this as a 22 or are the SUV’s 23 models?

Yes but that's not a good description.
When people say wrap - they mean vinyl wrap with some sort of finish - solid color, metallic color, matte metallic color, carbon fiber, etc.
When people say PPF - they mean a transparent multi-layer protective film with a clear coat or matte clear coat which preserves the color of the car. In this case the matte clear coat PPF is replicating a magno finish because it has the PPF layer to protect the paint, and a matte clear coat similar to what Mercedes has on the Magno cars. My car for instance which is factory Magno, has the same front end surface as bgrewal's car because I have Matte PPF on my matte paint, and the PPF section looks identical to the unprotected part of the matte paint.
