Well, the day has come. We’re picking up our 2023 EQS 580 Exclusive tomorrow. I’ve never seen a Twilight or Sodalite Blue EQS, but we’re really liking the color. We did Cilajet ceramic coat interior/exterior and tint. Tint is a must in Florida. Order placed 1/26/22, built 11/16/22, delivered 1/12/23. It’s been almost 1 year.
A bit over two weeks after delivery, I finished a full paint correction and ceramic coat on the car. Took some glamour shots. Also learned that this board doenst handle ProPhotoRGB color space well, colors didnt come out well and had to export them to something compatible for this post.

Today was the big day! I finally took possession of my new 450 4MATIC. My brain is currently suffering from a severe case of information overload, so I'm taking a moment to give it a break and share some pics instead.
For the EQS, I think darker color seems to give it a more aggressive stance. I personally like lighter colors but for the EQS, they made the bottom trims black, and that really breaks up the flow of the design language on lighter colors. As for the trims, I think chrome looks good on the darker colors if you want a "John Wick" suit look. Night package on darker color (namely black) looks wicked (badass). But on light colors, night package looks like a great combo.
