2022 EQS 450+
Interior Assistant
While I am driving I keep getting notices that the interior assistant is temporarily unavailable and that it is available again. It’s very annoying, any idea how to turn it off?

Also the drivers reading light is always on while driving despite my attempts to flick it off. Has anyone else experienced this hand found a resolution?

Make sure the protective plastic sticker has been removed from the two cameras on the roof by the sunroof controls.

Also, you can turn the interior assistant off by going to settings -> System -> Intelligent Assistance -> interior assistant

I also have problems with the interior assistant. It recognizes 2 movements only the V sign and when I lean to the right towards the glove box.
I hadn't have Interior Assistant before and I'm not sure what else to expect. I've seen however YouTube movies showing much broader scope of functions. Do I need to "train" it or set it up somehow.

What else have you noted from youtube videos? It should not be much more. Controlling the sunroof/shade, selecting the right or the left mirror for adjustments, opening/closing the rear window blind when reversing (and looking backwards). Anything else? I wouldn't call it much broader scope. No need to train it, just activate/disable and set favourites.
