I’m blown away by this car already. Got my 580 yesterday with The pinnacle trim and AMG seats etc. This isn’t my first time with electric cars. I’ve owned the Tesla X and the jaguar iPace. This car isn’t even in the same league as anything else electric that I have ever driven. I did test drive the etron gt and the taycan. I’m not into the “sports” electric as much, but that’s just a personal choice. I know I’ve only owned it for a day but I’m obsessed. Lol. lucky and called every state near me for months and found one that just arrived to their dealership. Though
not sure how “lucky” I was because I was still a fool that paid over msrp for it. but my lease was up and this is the only car I had on my mind. I did decide to just purchase this one instead of lease so I’m not in that situation anymore. Lol. The tech , the smooth ride and the overall feel of the interior is so awesome. Hope everyone that has gotten their 450 or 580 , love

I've had mine over two months now, have about 2300 miles, and I feel the same way. Can't wait to get back in it......feel giddy when the app tells me the charge is complete...can't believe the serenity of the quiet, smooth, stable ride with some smooth jazz playing on that amazing Burmester! Congrats on your purchase.
PS: Additionally, my wife is paying over $4 a gallon for gas in her AMG! I've paid less to drive mine since I got it than she does for one tank full.
Glad you are still enjoying yours. It is true …I can’t wait to get in car and drive it again in the morning !! Yeah gas is insane. My hubby has an Audi R8. He’s not happy right now and complains all the time. However he won’t get rid of it and go electric.

Not sure what your husband is complaining about. For people who buy cars like these, petrol prices really don't matter. It's a tiny line item in your annual expenses. I would love to see petrol at $12 a gallon if it means less traffic on the roads.

When I test drove it , he said this is the first electric car that I can actually see myself in. Lol. Posted the pics of my current color. However , I am dropping it off this afternoon for a color shift wrap and I pick it up one day next week. I’ll post the pics of my new color when I get it back. Going to miss my car for those few days.

Absolutely stunning. I am not always a fan of this color shifting, but this one is one of the most stunning and tasteful examples I have seen. My wife would love a car with this kind of wrap. If you happen to be able to share a high definition 4K video that would be amazing!
Thank you. Yeah I’ve had a few different color shifting wraps that I think it’s safe to say hubby hated them. Lol. I do think this one is a bit more classy then some of my other funky ones. In the next few days I will try to take a decent video of it. Not sure how great it will come out but I can try.
Looks amazing, love that wrap! I think with some subtle chrome delete it would look even sharper IMHO as the chrome clashes a bit with the color changing wrap. Could just be the pictures though, hard to tell.

Not as cool as a newly delivered EQS AMG, But just wanted to share with everyone my ~ 1 month experience on my EQS 580. In short, waiting for it sucked. It took four months from build in early December to delivery at the end of March. It was worth it in every way. I was lucky to miss the increase in MSRP that changed on April 1st. I have driven luxo-barges since my early 40s (7 series, Audi A8s). This is my first EV and I don’t think I’ll ever drive an ICE again. Mercedes hit it out the park with the EQS. The hyper screen is technology overload for a bifocal guy like me, but it is so easy to use. The features and comfort are not perfect mind you. Mercedes me app doesn’t always connect to do remote preconditioning for climate control, the ride is smooth and comfortable but my A8 had a little more magic carpet feel over some bumps on concrete expansion joints. On smooth asphalt the EQS is the same or better due to silent power train. The acceleration is impressive for an old fart like me, enjoying the V8s growls of yesteryear I am pleasantly surprised when my head is pushed back when taking off from a stop light. I don’t do it often or my BPH will act up. Cheers to all those that are enjoying the EQS.
