EQS4502022

According to the manual, it states:

Electrical malfunction warning lamp * The red electrical malfunction warning lamp is lit. There is a malfunction with the electrics. # Note the messages on the driver display.

Is this really a 12V battery issue or not?

I can't unlock the doors when it was lit, and the one time I did get into the car using the emergency key to start the car, I got the following error message on the driver display:

EQS4502022

UPDATE: All of the car's software were updated. Since then no more issues with the 12v battery and the unlocking of the doors.
