Hello EQS owners - any tint recommendations for EQS 450+ windows? what have you gone with (3M/Lumar/XPEL/Others?). For what's it worth, my EQS is nautical blue in color so wondering what color shade would look best!
Lumar Ceramic 20% windows and rear. 50% windshield and sunroof.
I live in the deserts of NM with a Nautical Blue so I didn't want to use a lighter tint in my climate.
The XPEL XR Plus will look great. It has a subtle blue-black tint which I think will pair well with a blue car. It also outperforms Lumar and 3M Crystalline and most other brands.
Stupid question time. Are the windows in the 580 clear or tinted slightly blue like some of the other MB products are? My car is at port and I haven't seen one yet to know how/what to tint my windows. I usually go with 15% here in Michigan

This is mine with XPEL XR Plus 35%. You can see the XR Plus has a hint of blue, whereas the XR posted by Got AMG above is black. If I was buying a Blue car I would do the XR Plus.

Yes that is correct. It comes with a light tint. About 75% VLT.

Thanks for the correction. I think what I meant is I don’t remember a blue tint to them at all. Definitely could have been a very light gray

Gray tint is only aftermarket. OEM tint is usually a greenish color with a bit of blue. A picture of my car when on dealer lot (untinted) as well as a picture of a factory press car (also no tint). The reason it is green/blue is that is the color of the additive they use in the glass to filter UV rays.
