As we have long said here in Kentucky: “That’s why we race horses.”

It is a good fit. It looks like it may not be a good fit due to the angle I took the photo. I could have done a much better job.

Best "mod" yet. Finally, in a first tor MB, a bargain at less than $200 for front and rear.
I am about to reinstall mine for the winter. I use the custom blue carpets in the summer.

The only issue I have with the all weather is the neva grey carpet being exposed in the middle. I noticed weather tech has a single piece that goes across in the rear and covers the tunnel. I wonder if that rear mat will pair well with the OEM front mats, or if I could put the OEM rear rubber mat on top of the Weather tech rear mat since it has no anchor.

I had the same concern with the carpet exposed in the rear middle. I went with the brown MB mats up front and the weathertech mat in the back and have no concerns with color difference. In fact I haven’t even thought about the mats until I saw this post. I have the tan interior.

I placed the Rear Mercedes OEM Rubber mats over the Weathertech rear mat, and I think this is a very good setup. They have complimentary coverage so you get more coverage but it still looks like a very clean install and more OEM than the weathertech or mercedes alone in the back. While the OEM rear mats look beautiful and fit the Mercedes design language, they are too short (don't go under the seat) and don't cover the tunnel. The weather tech as an underlay mat solves that. The weather tech is also very thin, so that enables you to place the OEM mat on top and it fits perfectly.

You can see the quality of the OEM mat (short of the coverage issue) is vastly superior. It has a smooth finish as opposed to a grainy finish, and the mat itself is thicker and more rubbery while the weathertech mat is thin and hard. The addition of the OEM mat makes the overall look more finished.

Got my mats from my local dealership it took about 3 days. I think they are good quality i wish the Mercedes emblem was silver or even better for my car red on the black mats.

I know this is a bit old now, but can the brown mats still be ordered? Do you have a part number for the set?

I have run these luxe mats in every car I have had since 2003, they actually hold up incredibly well. My old 03 Lexus ES300 has the set I put in it in probably 2004 still in it today, 220k miles and 18 years and they still look good. All those carpets have been black though, except for one which had a cream carpet, but they continued to look good too. High quality carpet is pretty stain resistant. They feel great under your feet.
Im glad you posted these. They look great. I like the Coco mats too.
