Help - dead 12v battery?

Car has been at PPF and Tint place and they managed to drain the battery. I told them to turn on the ignition but they said it kept turning off by itself and now the battery won’t work and the car won’t turn on.

I know someone else had this issue. Will plugging in a battery tender overnight recharge the 12v battery and solve the issue?

I would call MB Roadside service and have them jump it.

What a bummer. I think there have been several people here that have had the same issue during PPF.

Wish I had read the posts. Apparently the trick is to turn the car on and put it in neutral with parking brake on. I just told the PPF shop to turn the car on, but then it turns off every 15 mins and the battery died.
