How to add user
I want to add another user profile but am really stuck.
I've read the manual, downloaded the Mercedes me app on the phone, selected add a user on the MBX, scanned the QR code.
I've repeated this sequence several times and got nowhere. All I've seen is the screen saying the data being synced.
That's it.
Any help is appreciated.

It's been a while, but I think its the new user that needs to scan the QR code on their phone and go through the steps, then you will get a message to approve the addition.

I've done it both ways on a 223. In the car from the MBUX interface I've added a user who has no Mercedes Me account. The Mercedes Me app was still needed on the phone, cannot remember exactly but I guess for reading the QR code. I've added another user from the Mercedes Me web interface, from my account. I have to say neither one was really straightforward.
