False alarm
For the last 2 hours my Mercedes me app keeps telling me my anti-theft alarm is triggered in Area "Trunk Lid".
My car is just sitting outside at the back of my house and doesn't make a sound, I opened the trunk lid and closed it again but the app still shows the alarm is active and I can't disable it from the app. I can press "Stop alarm" and after multiple tries the notification is gone (not sure if that's because of me spamming the button or just because...) but after a while I get another notification that the alarm is triggered again.
In the car itself I see no mentions of anything being wrong on the displays. I haven't had an actual alarm in the past so not sure if it would notify me but I would assume it does. And I would also imagine if there's actually an alarm the car would make like an alarm-honk-the-horn noise?
Anyone experienced this before, anything I can do or check?
