Anyone Experiencing "Ambient Lighting" Issues???

Why? Perhaps a bit confusing but isn't this referring to interior (ambient) lights (not reading lights etc.)? Sounds particularly to active ambient lights which should give different warnings too. On the W223 active ambient lights had a lot of issues initially, I guess fixed by SW updates

The warning the OP has displayed means he won't get the flashing of his LED's on the glareshield when he tries to change lanes and there is a vehicle in that lane. Minor inconvenience. Cleaning sensors won't fix it. Take it to the dealer and get the software update.

Agree that cleaning the sensors won't fix it as as far as I remembered the radar is on the inside of the rear bumper so dirt or grime won't splash on it anyways.

Agreed. You just mentioned parking sensors which are not related but the blind spot assist sensors at the rear bumpers (side) could cause this. Actually these sensor were really prone for water damage on older Mercedes models but should be better now.

I've seen this message a few times over 20k miles. Finally I had a 12v battery detect error. They had to replace the 12v battery sensor and I haven't had any of these ambient lighting errors since. Not sure if it was related. Also had the software updated.

My issue isn't software. There is an 8 or 10 inch section of the bead of LED's on the top rim of the dash that has gone dark. Not sure how they would be replaced. Not critical. I'll wait a while before bringing it in for service.
