Drive Pilot on EQS sedan

Does anyone have an update of the progress of Drive Pilot approval in the USA ? When can we expect Drive Pilot enabled EQS sedan here in California?

not any time soon.

you are referring to level 3 drive pilot. That requires legal approval and no state has issued it. Also even if they did issue it, Mercedes would then need to meet the requirements and prove their system meets the requirements for the approved framework. That would take time too.

I would say best case a year till you see level 3, and I personally would bet against it being that soon.
