Just got a text from my salesman. The 23 EQS 580 sedans have finally been released. Mine is in process and not sure of it’s ETA, but should be very soon.

This is awesome news thank you! My dealer texted first thing yesterday with a 'no news yet' update.
That's great ! Congrats to all new 2023 EQS 580 sedan owners.
Meanwhile I am waiting for EQS 450 4 matic sedan. Any news in that department ?
MBUSA web page is weird as far as 2023 models go. They do show them but no details other than the color and MSRP. It's no clear what one is buying at the set price.

they’ve been released for a few weeks now. Probably just waiting for shipment to the dealership.
Yeah, I spent time with my son cleaning out the third bay. The garage is super deep so I’ve got the EQS and the Rangie inside and I’ve got 4 feet of space and then the workbench after that. Now I’ve got the bikes and tools moved over to the third bay and have cleared out a fair amount of junk to donate.
Mine arrived in Baltimore last week and I received in Allentown on Friday. Question (that the dealership can't answer): When I charge to 90%, it only shows 275 miles? I got a 2023 450 4matic and it should be a 340 mile range. The dealership tells me that the car has to learn my driving style, but I don't buy it. I only have 100 miles on it so far. Any advice? Thanks!

keep on top of it. The Range will likely be lower due to it not knowing your style yet and also because of temperature.
This afternoon, in a warm garage, it charged to only 257 miles when set at 90 percent? I am not getting it. I thought 90 percent would be over 300.
Give it some time for the car to get its battery all sorted and for the computers to adjust to your style. I would say indicated range isn’t so accurate until about 1000 miles.
But unfortunately, like gas car fuel economy, range is very much a your results may vary. With your tires, driving style, ambient temps, etc. Maybe 250 miles is all you’ll get or maybe you’ll end up getting 300+.
Looks like the 2023 EQS SUVs have been released but I can’t find any confirmation that anyone has taken possession of a 2023 EQS sedan. Mine arrived at VPC last week and I’m trying to estimate when it will arrive at the dealer.
Got my 2023 eqs 580 sedan yesterday. Traded in my 2022 450+.

Congrats. I am scheduled to take delivery of mine on Saturday but it looks like it’s going to be very cold and raining. May delay till Monday.
Did you take a hit on the trade in?
