MB Me Connect Ap
Completely dead, despite multiple deletions and re-installing.
Dealership called MB and was told this is a known problem as of today and there is no fix yet.
I have Iphone, with the latest IOS.
Anyone experiencing same problem?

After the install, everything would be fine for 10 seconds and then the black screen.

I have iPhone 12 and I'm on IOS 16.1.
However, thanks to your questions, I fiddled around with the setting and hard to believe, but a simple switch from dark to light appearance fixed it.
Could this be a coincidental thing? I don't know, but I'll attribute the credit to you.
All is good now.

. Not all apps support dark mode properly, however I haven't noticed an issue so far, but have to pay attention if anything changed in 16. I have it set to automatic, so it's light during the day and dark at night and up till now haven't noticed an issue. I'll check tonight once it has switched to dark mode.

I'll check tonight once it has switched to dark mode.And even more bewildering is the fact that MB customer service told dealership yesterday that they'd been receiving reports of same problem throughout the day.
Nonetheless, just glad that the app works.
My only solution was to stop using the app, and instead use a web browser (Safari) to visit this URL: https://www.mbusa.com/en/mercedes-me-connect
BTW, the answer seems to be in the other thread about this problem. Apparently you have to delete the app completely off iCloud, then clear the cache, and reinstall and it will work.
