Service?

Just wondering what others have done about "service". When I got my 450+ last December, I was told that Service would be in about a year, mainly to check fluid levels, 12v battery, etc. Now a year later the car has not notified me of the need for service and Mercedes Me is showing Service at 1/1/24. Other times the App shows service in about 7,000 miles. The car has just over 13,000 miles.

I was under the impression that the service interval was 2 yrs/20k miles and the first one is complementary, at least in the States. Or unless you have a specific, targeted service need before then.

I have also read 2 years/20k miles for first service.

Our situations are very similar.

I’m taking mine in tomorrow (140 mi round trip) to have a software update, and will do washer fluid refill, tire pressure,… can’t think of anything else.

I was told two years or 20K miles, and that is what my car is indicating also. I've had mine one year on Jan 2nd, just over 11K miles.
