Second USB-C for music while dashcam USB-C is plugged in.
My dashcam works fine with the USB-C drive that I have plugged in. But when I plug in a second USB-C drive with mp3 music next to it, the music drive is not recognized.

It is good to do some more tests to pin down the issue.
Eg
1. If the USB-C flashdrive for dashcam is removed, does the USB-C flashdrive for music work?
2. Does the USB-C flashdrive for music work in other USB ports (in front centre console, in phone compartment under the centre armrest)

Someone correct me if I am wrong but it is my understanding that only the ports in the center console transfer any information. All others are strictly for charging.

Does it recognize the music drive without the dashcam drive plugged in?
If it doesn't then there is something wrong with the drive.
If it does then the Dashcam drive is taking priority over the mp3 drive and you have to go into USB menu to select it as the drive you would like to listen to.

When I get some time I'm going test your suggestions. But I can say that when I had them both pugged in next to each other, the system recognized only the dashcam drive.

Also, other than mp3, are other music file formats readable?

In addition to the USB-C ports in the centre console, I think there are ports inside the storage compartment under the centre armrest too.
Have you tried to use those for either flash drive? I mean, dashcam flash drive in one of the centre console ports and the music flash drive in one of the centre armrest ports?
One thing you might try (perhaps at a later stage when other options have all been exhausted) is get one of these USB-C splitter so the dashcam flash drive and the music flash drive can both be used on a single centre console port.

Bishop, all 4 of the "blue" ports function and read the drives. My issue is that I'm not able to use one of the drive for dashcam and the other drive for music, at the same time.

A solution
I was having the same problem. Could not use one USB for music and another USB for dashcam.
Contacted MB. They could not help.
My solution is:
Buy a 512 GB or a 1TB USB
Copy your songs on the USB
Use same USB for dashcam.
Play the music and at the same time the dashcam will record
It has work for me.
I removed the USB and check on my computer. A folder is automatically created for the dashcam recordings.

No idea on the WiFi but I do know that the USB-C connection in the center console box is really dodgy. Anytime that I get anything out of the box I lose the dashcam.
