Range impact of Pirelli All-season RFT
Does anyone know the range impact of Pirelli's All-Season RFT? I have noticed significant drop of range on my current EQS580 vs the previous one which had Goodyears. The Goodyear is the range optimized tire.
I'm also wondering how much of the delta is the all-season tread, the P-Zero All Season compound, or the fact it is a run-flat.
I like the Runflat, but I'm wondering if I'd benefit form upgrading to the Goodyear in a run-flat form

if it is a brand new tire, it needs to take sometime to break in. the 1st hundred miles will look pretty bad, but later will get better and better. I will wait until it hit 500 and see what is the new average consumption

What you need to check is the rolling resistance of the tires. Unfortunately, this does not appear in the tire specification, so you can only depend on reviews.
Run flat tires have higher rolling resistance in general, that's why you seldom see EV comes equipped with run flat tires, as it definitely affects range.

I noticed same. I went from Goodyears 20" to Continental 21" for new wheels. I lost about 50-60 miles on a tank. I was at 420ish with goodyears and now im around 380. I dont mind but kinda of bummed too
