Not sure what you mean, Mercedes has a web page dedicated to charging, with links to charger and installation.
https://www.mercedes-benz.ca/en/charge/at-home
though likely you will find a cheaper options if you get your own installers and chargers yourself.
But the option is right there for those who don't want to look elsewhere.

Had no idea about this page. My dealer never pointed me to this either. I had to find my own installer and bought my own charger and arranged the install and had to handle the rebates all by myself also.

my sales guy told me to check my local electric company website because almost all of them offer rebate to install L2 at home.

I looked into the Mercedes recommendation for installation and found it was much more expensive than doing it on my own. I was able to purchase a ChargePoint flex with an instant $500 rebate thru a local power company. My installation was simple and my electrician charged me $250 to install it. So all told it cost me around $500 to have my home charger installed.

EQS 450
Anything that is discounted 30% or more is going to sell like hotcakes. However, even at 25% off, I regret getting my EQS450. It's been in the shop longer than in my garage.

I had to have my electrician run a 240v line to my garage, with a NEMA plug. I, then, purchased the ChargePoint Homeflex through the MB site to get the discount (I think it cost me $350) and installed it myself, since it was just a plugin. It has been working flawlessly since. I was able to get the $7500 tax credit on last year's income tax......very nice. But, mostly, I just love the car and the fact that I'm not dumping hydrocarbons in the atmosphere to go play golf. YMMV.

How is your electricity being generated?

I totally appreciate and support your desire to reduce your carbon footprint, the question is how is your electricity being generated?

It is generated in a much more efficient manner even if it is not from a natural source (mine mostly is being where I am) but that's the situation today. The share of electricity generated by renewable sources is increasing over time.

Although for any of us eqs buyers, saying we got the car to be green is really not right for other reasons. this is not the car to buy if the goal is to be green as there are more efficient (lighter) cars in the market that doesn't have unnecessarily luxuries. And buying an EV to be green only works if the car you were replacing is old enough and that you didn't unnecessarily create a demand for a new vehicle.
