ipad mount?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to mount an iPad on this headrest? Since they don't come off, options are very limited

Cannot answer your question but would think leaning forward to use a IPad on the back of a seat would be a PIA especially to one’s lower back, shoulders and arms. I’d rather have it in my lap. Your mileage may vary….

Personally I prefer it. Less neck strain. You only need to lean forward once which is to start the movie.

There appears to be a nice mount adapter for the EQS on eBay and Amazon.
