Rescan facial recognition?
I have the internal camera and use facial recognition for login.
Recently (maybe because I lost weight?) it's stopped recognizing me.
How does one force it to relearn a face?

Location of Facial Recognition Camera
My EQS 580 has started to delay in facial recognition. Tried playing with the position of the steering wheel with no luck.
Does anyone know where the facial recognition camera is located in the EQS580

I'm going off of my very old memory here. Touch on your profile image on the top right. Choose Profile Settings. Select Remove (I think) then you will see an option to remove Finger print and second option to remove Facial image. Once removed then you can go in the Profile setup and re-scan the face. I appologize if I missed or listed something incorrectly. But I think you will be able to figure it out. Good luck!

I just use the default profile, but when the car was new it took just seconds to load. After several months it started taking longer to load, not being able to access anything on the center screen like selecting music or navigation for 30 seconds to a minute.
After a major software update the access to the center screen controls were available much sooner like when the car was new. Now it is starting to slow again.
I can't be sure, but I -think- the computer is building a cache or maybe log files that slow down loading as time go by. Like I said, I am just guessing, but when new, and after a software update the screen was available sooner then after a few months.
Maybe your issue is related to facial recognition, or maybe it is similar to what I am experiencing?
