@genechen22 Thanks. That is what I have after a requested dealer update. Found that this introduces the Exterior Sound option. When enabled there is a subtle tone when the vehicle is locked rather than a horn beep.

No... must be through the MBUX online music option. Only Apple music on online music has the ATMOS option. Not any other streaming service.

So Spotify online with one of their Dolby Atmos playlist isn't Dolby Atmos? I tried it but not sure I really hear a difference.

Probably not. Does it have the Atmos symbol or say "dolby atmos" ? If not then it isn't

Great Info, I took my EQS580 (2022 sedan) to 2 dealers, both of them said my VIN does not show up for campaign 2023070020 however MBUX software is old... One of them agreed to update the MBUX software from 250 to 330 since I was having carplay issues....

Does this campaign apply to some EQS only or why would my vin not show up as "open" for this campaign... I understand second and last wave started in September, I took the car in last week, and the campaign still does not show up (open or closed) for my car.
