I had the Low Coolant warning come up and I checked and it's pretty low. What would cause Coolant to be used up and go low? I have less than 5k miles on my EQS.

 

I would have my dealer search carefully for eny evidence of a leak. This sounds like a dealer issue.

This is not uncommon, had the same thing happen but at higher mileage. There should be two coolant tanks, sometimes they do not balance out perfectly, sometimes a little air can get into the system. Dealer should top off, under warranty, and then monitor to make sure the light doesn't come back on.
