Mercedes Wallbox
For example if I come home at 5PM and plug it in and it won’t charge till after 9PM till it reached 80%. The only problem is once it reached 80% and stop charging the timer on the app still running.
So it might take 7 hour to charge from 20-80 but if you don’t unplug it the timer will continue to run but not charging. Timer stop when you unplug or set another pause time when you know what time it will finish charging to when you’re able to unplug it.
i know it take about 7 hours to charge from 20-80% but if you don’t unplugged it the timer on the app won’t stop but not charging. The leds on the wall charge still blue.
You just have to play with the setting. Your EV will make a series of clicking each time you make a change and saved your setting. That is normal.
like I said the Mercedes wall box have very limited setting not like the ChargePoint home flex.
Set state of charge.
Set the time you don’t want it to charge. My peak are 4PM to 9PM.

If I were to order this 4-prong cable, I assume green is ground and white isn't used. Does it matter if red connects to L1 and black to L2 (or vice-versa)?

It must be a network issue on the MB side. We both can't be having the same issue. Anyone else with MB wallbox is having the same problem?
This is due to voltage difference. In the US residential we don’t get the full 240V we get 208V and ‘three phase industrial is needed’ not just commercial. If you are near a Porsche passport location (that isn’t Derated) EQE/S will accept 11kW only place I’ve seen this is at Ritz in SoCal.
weirdly Tesla universal is limited to 9.6kW.
-have MB Wallbox and app says update is needed via internet. I’ve connected the box to the web but won’t update. Ideas?
-for the scheduled charge times, do I enter the don’t charge/pause time or the actual charge time?
1. Can the charger be used to charge non-MB vehicles (we have a Model 3, and an X5e also) It seems to be closely integrated with the MB ecosystem, hence asking.
2. Does the Wallbox come with an NEMA 15-50 plug or do we have to buy a cord.
3. I plan to share.a single circuit with the two chargers; any suggestions for a good splitter?

2. No, buy a dryer cord if you want to plug in.
3. NO, if you happen to use both charger at the same time the wires will catch on fire. Don’t recommend splitting.
By the splitter I mean those which share the current capacity based on a priority based citeria.
some example are:
