I just received the MBUX 2.4 Update today on my EQS SUV

I'm seeing all these posts about OTAs, is there any special sauce to get one through?

My 450+ is already on E445, but the last OTA was for the sound system. I tried to keep the car on Wi-Fi overnight, factory reset MBUX, no dice. Is all the OTA love just for 580s or is a dealer visit in order?

I also received a notification to install the 2.4 update on my EQS580 SUV, but it has not yet completed the installation. Do you see noticeable changes after this update?

No, no major differences. It might be too soon to tell but self parking may be improved. I stopped using it before because it would randomly slam on the brakes for no reason during the parking maneuver. It was very unpleasant. I've used a few times since the update and it hasn't done it yet.

Another difference I noticed, I use Apple Music through the Online Music section and every time I get in, I have to press "shuffle" (it doesn't remember this unfortunately). Prior to the update, I would have to press it a few times for it to actually work. Now it works on the first press, so that's nice.

I had the 360 camera and parking sensors fail completely out of nowhere the other day though. I drove down to a shop, parked with everything working. Got out, got back in 5 minutes later and there was an error message about the parking sensors and 360 camera not being available. They wouldn't work when pressing the camera button or when putting it in reverse. That never happened prior to the update.
