The app almost never syncs with the car to show state of charge in my experience. I have to disable and reenable some service to get it working temporarily. It's shockingly unreliable compared to the Tesla app.
So I was dealing with that today when the app threw a popup asking if I was satisfied with it. Tapping no brings you to a form to provide feedback. So I typed some feedback about the syncing issue and, poetically, it said "Message could not be sent. Reason: Server unavailable"
Are Mercedes execs driving these cars? I'd have to imagine if they were this stuff would get fixed. Maybe they just turned off the feedback server so they don't have to hear about problems with the app
There must be something wrong. I have never had this problem. My app syncs immediately, has been absolutely flawless in showing me charging status and all the other parameters it monitors, including immediate feedback on data for the trip I was just on. Perhaps a phone call to support, or a trip back to your dealer to see if everything is prpberly activitated is in order?

I've escalated to support twice and nothing has changed. It's genuinely great to hear you haven't had problems. I hope some day it'll be reliable for me.
