It feels the same but with extra grip. Handling is the same but with higher limits. Still feels a little soft when tossed around but more confident. Better than the F1 but not by a lot. Comfort and noise are on par with the F1. Hoepefully they will last a little longer.

Don't keep your hopes up. At nearly 6000 lbs the EQS will tear through them with the instant torque. The PS4 was never designed with EVs in mind. The F1 Asymmetric 6 on the other hand was specifically designed with the torque demands and weights of EVs in mind. At least as much as possible. Can't cheat physics. Keep an eye out for sawtooth wear.

In fact no, they are EV MO. Specifically designed for the EQS AMG. So we will see. The Michelin winters are used this year are in effect "SUV" tires. They took the entire winter including my 4000 mile trip with minimal wear. There is no magic to EV tires, manufacturers have been making tires for trucks and SUVs that weigh as much or much more than any EV and provide long treadwear. They even have sport tires for vehicles in that category!

Agreed, there's no magic, but the weight alone is not the issue. The off the line torque is. It's already been reported that this tire isn't holding up on the EQS AMG. Saw-tooth wear is very common and leading to early replacement. First sign of it is that the tire gets very noisy after a while. You can prevent or at least reduce it by taking it easy off the line, so ultimately it does come down to how you drive the car.

I am still happy with my Pirelli P Zero All Season run flat. I am at 12k miles now and the tires still look pretty new. Quiet, grippy, work in all seasons.

The Pzero is a great tire I particularly liked their steering response, they are lively and are progressive. A great, fun to drive hard tire. The PS4 feels a little slower in transient maneuvers but its also very progressive and even higher adhesion limits. The PS4 simply sticks like glue, so much so that even on the track your afraid to push them into slippage since you are afraid what would happen when they do start to slip. I don"t think anyone driving a car as big and heavy as an EQS would like to exxplore that 10/10's limit even on a race track. An EQE maybe but that might still be to fat for comfort. I did so on my E 43 AMG and it was amazing but still felt too fat rather than playfull. Not to mention that the E43 even with monster rubber pushed quite a bit. It could have also made use of better brakes ( which the 63 had).

I have the PS4S on my Corvette. Well suited for that car.

I have had great luck with PS4S on past cars. I also loved the PS3ZP (runflats) on my M550. But I am pretty impressed with the F1Asymmetric 5's on my EQS, and will probably look closely if there are F1 Asymmetric 6's available when I need new tires.
