After suffering a tight garage on my previous house, I take garage size very seriously. In my current garage all three of our cars can swing the door wide open on either side and have no issues. I can also park a Ford F150 inside. I had the architect draw it this way. It's also a 4 car garage and the fourth space is occupied with bikes, toddler EVs, and a golf cart. That's the other thing people forget when building a house - have an extra bay for bike's etc.

This maybe a Tesla sequel quirk.

pressing park doesn’t engage parking brakes, pressing and holding does.

It doesn’t put the parking brake on automatically? ICE Mercedes do.
