New description of 12v battery
Looks like with the latest update to the Mercedes me connect app they have added a state of health and charge to the description of the 12v battery under the Service tab. Just thought I would pass this along as it’s a relatively hidden function.

I’m talking about the Mercedes Me connect app on my iPhone. On the bottom of the main page hit the car icon and it takes you to a page with multiple options. Hit the service option and it now tells you both the state of health and the charge of the 12v battery. Previously it only let you know the state of the charge of the battery, not its state of health. I’m very familiar with this because I had a bad 12v battery and would monitor its state of charge thru the app.

I just went to App Store and downloaded latest version of the Mercedes me connect app and now this is how it reports. It previously reported as you describe.

I would think this would apply to all model years of the EQ cars, but I could be wrong.

I am using the app called "Mercedes me AM" and the version in App Store is 1.45.0 and indicates it was updated 2 weeks ago. The additional information does not show in the app. Maybe there is a different version in Canada where I am located.

To get the 12v Battery Health feature you need to download version 3.46.0 of the Mercedes Me Connect app. You can check the version by selecting the menu (3 bars) in the header of the app. The version is shown in the Settings block at the bottom of the page.

It took a lot of attempts but I finally succeeded. I had to look up on Google “How to find the Mercedes App Store on the iPhone”. This lead me to download a new Mercedes me Connect app. Bingo! As you stated, it was updated 2 days ago. Now I can see the battery health. Mine says “good”. Thanks for all your help.

Seems like the app is country specific. The only apps in the Canadian app store are the "Mercedes me AG" and "Mercedes me (China). Hopefully it will be updated to provide that additional info.
