So what happens when you click on the line "Show my digital extras"?
Does it give you a long list -- without in-car office mentioned?
Or is that what you've done and you get "Come back again soon"?
You should have a look at the store for digital extras on the MB website after you log in to see if it shows anything different.
Ditto with the MB App.

What do you see when you click on "Comfort"? Is In-Car Office there?
That's where my In-Car Office is located in my Mercedes Me App here in Sweden.
Not sure how it's handled in North America.

In-Car Office is no longer available in North America as far as I know. If I remember correctly, it was available in some models with the older mBrace platform, but it was never offered with the new Mercedes me connect. MBUSA has been a PITA with their unwillingness to support many of these extra features that are available in Europe. We still don't have the AMG Track Pace companion phone app for example, because MBUSA is unwilling to support it. Same goes for the Remote Parking app that is not available in North America.
